Objectives: 

To present Measurement, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) principles underlying successful SBCC campaigns, including the development and implementing of a best-in-class MEL framework.
To share a case study illustrating the application of this MEL framework, and how to identify the right metrics and evaluate success.  
To bring expert stakeholders together for a discussion on potential applications of the recommended framework to key NDOH health priorities.
